League Structure

• Duration: 4 weeks + 1 Warm up week that won't count towards season points
• Format: Scramble Stroke play, with gross & net divisions, using SGT handicaps calculated through the season
• Players: 2 man scramble teams (Must have same 2 players each week)
• Handicaps: Adjusted weekly based on each round
• Rounds: Played anytime prior to the weekly deadline.  Each round will have a deadline of Sunday of the assigned week.  You CAN however, play your rounds early, before the week starts. (Example: you could play all 4 of your rounds in 1 week)
• Tees: We will play each round as close to 6,200 yards as possible
• Schedule: 

Warm up Round (July 28 - Aug 3):  Paynes Valley

Week 1 (Aug 4 - Aug 10):  Royal Portrush Golf Club

Week 2 (Aug 11 - Aug 17):  Red Rock Country Club

Week 3 (Aug 18 - Aug 24):  Bandon Trails

Week 4 (Aug 25 - Aug 31):  Tobacco Road

League Fees

Tee Time & Green Jacket Member Entry:

• $80 / team

Non Member Entry:

• $200 / team
• Bay time is included in the fee
• 2 hour booking is allowed to play the round

Optional

• $20 weekly skins side pot ($20 per week)
• $100 side pot for gross season winner (paid back 100%. For those who want to up the stakes)

Prizes

Season Long:

• 1st place (Pays both gross and net) 10% of the pot
• 2nd place (Pays both gross and net) 5% of the pot in Tee Time credit
• 1st place Member Team (Pays net only) (Highest finishing team with at least 1 member) 10% of the pot

Weekly

• Closest to the pin ($10 Tee Time Credit)
• Optional Skins side pot ($20 / week) (Skins paid out 100% payback, weekly. Roll over to next week if no skins won)

*Prizes will be determined based on how many entries are made.  Prizes will be paid out in both cash + Tee Time credits towards memberships and bay hours.

Instructions

1. After paying your entry fee, you may sign up here for the league.  Only use this link if you are a new user to SGT.  If you already have an account, please reach out to us to be added to the league.
2. Email or text me your exact SGT username.  teetimegranbury@gmail.com or 817-736-2508
3. You will be added to the Tee Time Granbury club.
4. Within SGT, once you are logged in, you will see your events.  The first event will be the Warm up Round.  You must play this before you can begin playing any of the other weeks.
5. After completing the Warm up Round, you can either start playing your weekly rounds immediately, or you can wait and play them during their designated weeks. 
6. You can play through your rounds as soon as you'd like, but each round does have a "due by" date which is displayed.  It must be completed by that date to get points.
7. The SGT system will keep track of all leaderboards and we will pay out prizes as we go!  The system will also establish handicaps based on rounds played throughout the season and it will calculate the points for net as well.
